    This combined D3+K2 gummy is the best tasting gummy vitamin I take with no ‘backlash’ or burping. I’ve had a series of health issues over past two years, combined with gut health problems that were preventing proper absorption of vitamins and minerals (likely exacerbating the other health issues). Finally have much of that worked out and rely on this gummy as an essential daily! I also love their vitamin D3 5000IU version as I need more than the average D3. I love the benefits and high quality of all of their products. I used to take their Fish Oil but have to watch iodine intake. I called customer service and they were fantastic. I needed to verifiy which vitamins contain iodine and which did not and they were really great and helpful. So I’m able to get the omega 3s now from organic ground flax seed and rely on these for the D3 + K2.

Be aware that they come in a container with a hard to open lid – it’s the kind you have to press down while turning. As a person with mild physical disabilities, I find jars like this extraordinarily difficult. Once I get the lid off, I leave it off, which means the contents are exposed to art and potential spillage.
