    The caps are medium size and about half full. The vitamin A is retinyl palmitate which is the more natural and preferred type, D is standard stuff at 5,000IU which is double my normal dose and K2 is MK7 which is what you want and at 500mcg they are considered a high dose which is very good to help clean out the arteries. This is all in my preferred dosages and added to my daily for healthy benefits. I consider these to be very good quality ADK vitamins.
